Box IPO: By the Numbers

Jan. 23 — Slated to be the blockbuster IPO of the week, Box is on the brink of going public after months of delays. The cloud-based file sharing company hopes to raise over $175 million from an offering of 12.5 million shares, giving it a valuation of $1.7 billion. Bloomberg’s Cory Johnson digs through into the financials.
