Uber under attack in India

The Indian government has banned taxi-booking service Uber after one of its drivers allegedly raped a female passenger in Delhi. But, says FT’s Amy Kazmin, although the government has acted swiftly its actions will do little to assuage the fears of many of its female citizens.
