Nov. 4 — Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen speaks about the U.S. economy and the outlook for the Federal Open Market Committee’s December meeting. In response to questions at a House Financial Services Committee hearing in Washington, Yellen said the decision over a rate move will depend on the assessment of the economic outlook at the time.
