U.S. Dollar Falls Against Majors

The U.S. dollar weakened against the other major currencies in the Asian session on Thursday.

The U.S. dollar fell to a 3-day low of 1.2501 against the pound and a 2-day low of 110.29 against the yen, from yesterday’s closing quotes of 1.2484 and 110.67, respectively.

Against the euro and the Swiss franc, the greenback edged down to 1.0684 and 1.0027 from yesterday’s closing quotes of 1.0662 and 1.0049, respectively.

If the greenback extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support around 1.26 against the pound, 109.00 against the yen, 1.08 against the euro and 0.99 against the franc.
