The main event this week will be the long awaited UK’s EU referendum. Considered by many to not only be the single biggest trading event this year but potentially the biggest planned risk event ever, Thursday is set to be a historic day and the referendum a once in a lifetime trading opportunity.

2:30am BST – RBA Monetary Policy Meeting Minutes.
2:00pm BST – ECB President Draghi Speaks.
3:00pm BST – Fed Chair Yellen Testifies.
Tentative – German Constitutional Court Ruling.

Wednesday 22nd.

1:30pm BST – Canadian Retail Sales.
3:00pm BST – Fed Chair Yellen Testifies.

Thursday 23rd.

All Day – UK EU Membership Vote.

Friday 24th.

1:30pm BST – US Core Durable Goods Orders.
